Founded by Jen Rowe, a passionate personal trainer with years of experience, the fitness centre offers a range of services to cater to clients of all levels.

Jen Rowe's journey in fitness began after the birth of her second child in 2000. She fell in love with exercise and decided to become a personal trainer to share her passion with others. With a focus on education and safety, Jen aims to help clients reach their goals effectively and efficiently.

At North Vancouver Personal Training, clients can benefit from one-on-one training sessions with Jen, small group classes, and even online classes for convenience. The Indoor Bootcamp classes are multi-level, ensuring that everyone, from beginners to elite athletes, can participate and challenge themselves in a supportive environment.

With a maximum of 6 people per class, clients can enjoy personalized attention and support from a registered personal trainer. In addition, the newly introduced LIVE STREAM classes offer flexibility and convenience for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home.

Jen's specialty lies in working with women, particularly moms, to help them achieve their fitness goals and regain their pre-pregnancy shape. With her personal and professional experience, Jen understands the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy schedule and aims to provide a supportive and encouraging environment for all clients.
