Conditioning programmes are all integrated to provide comprehensive care for our clients.
At North Parramatta Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries, we follow a three-stage Pain to Performance approach to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Firstly, we focus on Resolving pain using a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and education. Our experienced physiotherapists provide hands-on treatment such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue releases, and trigger point dry needling to alleviate pain and promote healing. We also utilise the McKenzie Method and exercises based on the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) to target specific pain patterns and restore normal movement.
Once pain has been resolved, our team then focuses on Restoring correct movement. Through biomechanical analysis, postural screening, and core stability training, we identify any contributing factors that may have led to the initial injury or pain. This allows us to develop a customised treatment plan to address these issues and ensure optimal movement patterns for our clients. We also offer specialised programmes for pre and postnatal strengthening and functional movement screening to support women during their unique journey.
Finally, we work with our clients to Improve their performance and achieve their health and performance goals. Our Functional Physio and Advanced Functional Physio programmes are designed to enhance strength, mobility, and overall physical fitness. We also offer the Revolution RunLab, a specialised running programme that focuses on improving running technique and preventing injuries. Additionally, our Performance Matrix programme uses cutting-edge technology to assess movement quality and provide targeted training interventions for both athletes and recreational sports enthusiasts.
In addition to our physiotherapy services, we also offer pelvic health physiotherapy and women's health programmes. Our experienced Women's Health Physio is skilled in addressing a wide range of concerns related to pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum rehabilitation.
