For juniors aged 8 to 12, it’s all about making new friends and building fitness, coordination, and confidence. They can even aim for their black belt, but no pressure—having fun and picking up a great hobby is just as important.

Teens aged 13 and above get to dive into more advanced techniques and fitness training, pushing towards their black belts. It’s a great atmosphere with a focus on strength, flexibility, and cardio.

Adults, whether beginners or seasoned players, will find a warm and welcoming space to improve their judo skills, fitness, and confidence. There’s laughter, friendship, and a sense of accomplishment in every session.
