North London United's got something awesome going on in the heart of London. Partnering with Arsenal in the Community, Laura has kicked off a smashing football club for kids and young adults, aged 5 to 30, with Down Syndrome.

The aim? Simple. Laura wants to give these kids a shot at playing football, making mates, and staying fit. Everyone deserves to feel the thrill of a match and the camaraderie of a team, right?

Training's on Mondays during term time, with sessions from 5.00 pm to 5.45 pm and 5.45 pm to 6.30 pm. It costs £50 a year to join and just £4 per session. There's also a cheaper one-off payment option if that works better. All this happens at The Arsenal Hub, 56 Benwell Road, London, N7 7BA.

Laura's club is open to all young people with Down Syndrome who fancy a go at football. If you know someone who’d love this, spread the word. And don’t worry, all sessions are run by FA qualified and DBS approved coaches, keeping things safe and sound.
