Welcome to Northland Pilates & Fitness, the top Pilates studio in Whangrei. With over 17 years of experience, Niki, the creator and owner of Northland Pilates & Fitness, is a retired physiotherapist and fitness enthusiast. Niki brings her extensive knowledge in rehab, developmental training, and war injuries to provide personalised and effective Pilates sessions.

At Northland Pilates & Fitness, we specialise in machine-based Pilates. Our state-of-the-art studio is equipped with a range of apparatus, including reformers, Cadillacs, chairs, ladder barrels, and spine correctors. These machines offer precision and challenge to your workout, allowing us to tailor each session to meet your individual needs and fitness goals.

All of our classes are by appointment only to ensure a focused and personalised experience for every client. Please note that all booked sessions will be charged unless 24 hours of cancellation notice is given. We also offer personal training sessions, both individual and shared, at competitive rates. Individual sessions cost $80, with package options available for 5 or 10 sessions.

Shared sessions (duos and trios) are priced at $65 and $55 per person for a single session, with package options also available.

Even during these challenging times, Northland Pilates & Fitness is committed to helping you stay active and maintain your Pilates routine. We offer remote training sessions via Zoom, allowing you to continue your Pilates practise from the comfort of your home. The first training session is free, giving you the opportunity to try it out and ensure it suits your needs. Following that, the cost is approximately 50% of your usual session cost, with options for both individual and shared sessions.

We understand that exercise is not just important for physical fitness, but also for mental well-being. During this period of isolation, maintaining your Pilates practise can provide a sense of normalcy and help relieve stress.
