Kids in this stage is 19–21 inches. ORANGE BALL HOTSHOTS Students in this stage use 50% compression orange balls that are slightly faster and higher bouncing. This stage focuses on continued development of motor skills, hand/eye coordination, and fundamental techniques. Play is on modified courts (3 or 6 metre wide courts) and the recommended racquet size is 23–25 inches.
GREEN BALL HOTSHOTS Students in this stage use low compression green balls that are about 25% slower. This stage focuses on tactical skills, match play, and developing a consistent technique. Play is on the full court with the recommended racquet size of 25–27 inches. YELLOW BALL COMPETITIVE For more advanced junior players, this stage is focused on tournament training and preparation.
It includes intense training, match play, and tactical strategies to improve game performance. ADULT TENNIS COACHING NRTA offers adult group coaching for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players. These sessions aim to improve both technical skills and match play strategies. Private lessons are also available for those who prefer personalised attention.
This allows players to work on specific areas of their game and receive individualised feedback. HOLIDAY TENNIS CAMPS NRTA runs holiday tennis camps during school breaks for both juniors and adults. These camps provide an opportunity to improve skills, meet other players, and have fun in a friendly and supportive environment. The camps are suitable for players of all levels and are run by experienced coaches.
Equipment and refreshments are provided. TENNIS PRO SHOP NRTA has a fully stocked tennis pro shop that offers a wide range of tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories. From racquets and strings to grips and tennis balls, players can find everything they need to enhance their game. The pro shop also provides restringing services and expert advice to help players make the right choices for their individual needs.
