Their studio is kitted out with 8 professionally fitted X-POLES in 40 mm and 45 mm. Most lessons are on static poles, but for those craving more challenge, there's the spinning pole classes. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons, plus mixed sessions to accommodate all abilities. 💪
Sarah also offers Aerial Hoop classes with 4 aerial hoops available. Their skilled instructor guides students up to intermediate level. Whether you're new or experienced, you'll find something to love.
Try their Aerial Yoga for a unique workout! Conducted in suspended hammocks, it mixes traditional yoga with a twist. Each session includes meditation, stretching, and aerial tricks—perfect for a blend of strength and tranquillity. 🧘♀️
