It features a full-sized 9 panel competition sprung floor, a smaller 7 panel sprung floor, a 6 panel floor, a 3 panel warm-up floor, a studio, 2 tumble tracks, and superb training aids. Additionally, the venue includes a bespoke Parkour arena, soft play and pre-school programme, a caf, and a viewing gallery that offers extended viewing across the entire facility. With one of the largest competitive cheer gyms in Europe, North East Cheer has the opportunity to expand its club and enhance its strength year after year.

The dance school offers beginner classes in cheerleading, tumbling, and gymnastics. These recreational classes serve as an ideal starting point for children who wish to explore cheerleading. The curriculum covers the basics of cheerleading, including stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance. Furthermore, North East Cheer provides gymnastics, tumbling, and stretch classes that focus on balance, strength, and flexibility development.
Beginner classes are available at The Urban Factory, the Parks North Tyneside, and the new location, the Tansy Centre Sunderland.
For individuals looking to venture into competitive cheerleading, North East Cheer's novice teams are the perfect pathway. Open to athletes aged 4–8 years, the novice teams do not have any entry level requirements. These teams have the opportunity to participate in two local friendly competitions, introducing them to the realm of competitive cheerleading. Novice classes are held at The Urban Factory and the Parks North Tyneside.
Prep teams at North East Cheer cater to aspiring athletes who desire to take their cheerleading journey more seriously and engage with the wider cheerleading community. Unlike recreational and novice teams, prep teams require some basic skills prior to entry. Training once per week for 90 minutes to 2 hours, prep teams prepare for two local competitions and may also have the chance to attend competitions further away. Prep classes take place at The Urban Factory.
Lastly, North East Cheer's Tumble Academy focuses exclusively on developing tumbling skills. Athletes in the Tumble Academy receive specialised training to enhance their tumbling abilities.
