As a level three Body Control Pilates matwork teacher, Martin has dedicated many years to his own Pilates practice before deciding to expand his training. He is committed to delivering professional Pilates instruction tailored to the unique needs of each individual, recognising that everyone's mind and body are shaped by their own experiences.

North Cornwall Pilates upholds the highest teaching standards and professional ethics as set by the Body Control Pilates Association. Martin, along with other members of the association, follows a strict code of practice and engages in annual training to ensure clients receive safe and effective instruction from fully qualified teachers.
