Neil Harrison would like to welcome everyone to North Birmingham Judo and Jiujitsu. This club in Sutton Coldfield offers great training in Judo and Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ). As a leading martial arts club in Birmingham, they ensure a safe, supportive, and friendly environment for practitioners of all ages and skill levels.
The club provides classes for young people (6-16 years) and adults (16–75 years), making sure there’s something for everyone. All instructors are black belts in Judo and BJJ, so members receive top-quality coaching and guidance.
Youth Judo classes take place every Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30, and Tuesday evenings from 19:00 to 20:00. For adults, Judo classes (orange belt and above) run on Saturdays from 10:30 to 12:00. There are also Fundamental classes (BJJ & Judo) on Saturdays from 10:30 to 12:00. Advanced Brazilian Jiujitsu classes are offered on Tuesdays from 20:00 to 21:30, with more Fundamentals (BJJ & Judo) on Thursdays from 19:30 to 21:00 for orange belts and above.
Understanding that starting a new martial art can be daunting, Neil offers two free taster sessions for all new members. After that, the fees are straightforward: a joining fee of £15 for new members, £20 per month for Kids Judo (6-17 years) with a discounted rate of £15 for a second child, £28 per month for Student Judo and BJJ (18+ in education), and £38 per month for Adult Judo and BJJ (18+ in work). These subscriptions cover membership and grading fees for both the British Judo Council and the UK Brazilian Jiujitsu Association.
