Cardiovascular exercise is also an essential aspect of fitness, and at No Limits, we have a fantastic range of cardiovascular equipment to help you improve your endurance and overall fitness level. We even offer “Virtual Reality” X-Bike classes that take you on exciting rides through busy streets and scenic landscapes, making your workouts both fun and effective.

We understand that fitness isn't just about exercise it's about diet and nutrition as well. Our experienced staff can provide you with advice and guidance on how to match your exercise regime with a healthy eating plan that suits your preferences and goals.

Looking to achieve a sun-kissed glow? No Limits Health Club also offers tanning facilities. Choose from our state-of-the-art sunbed or sun shower, both equipped with the latest technology to provide a deep and lasting tan while keeping your skin hydrated and youthful.

No Limits Health Club is a family business that has been operating since 1988. Run by husband and wife team Ian and Alison Simpson, we take pride in providing a friendly, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere for all our clients. We believe that every member can achieve personal success, regardless of their age or abilities.

All our staff members are fully qualified and committed to helping our customers achieve their desired results. Our Owner/Manager Ian Simpson is even qualified to take GP referrals, making us a great choice for individuals who require specialised rehabilitation training.

We offer flexible membership options, with a no-contract option available for just 37. 50 per month. We also have a special offer for annual memberships, with two months free on a full year's membership, bringing the total to 350 and saving you 70.

No Limits Health Club is open from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. We also have weekend hours, operating from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sundays. Our gym is also open on all bank holidays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
