Created by Gareth Burns in 2011, N-MAC Gym is Gareth’s brainchild, stemming from his love of training and the desire to build a haven for fitness lovers. You’ll often spot Gareth and his partner Amy at the reception, ready with a warm greeting.

The workout zone at N-MAC is top-notch. For bodybuilders, there's a sprawling free weights section with plate-loaded machines and dumbbells that go up to a hefty 70 kg. Olympic lifters can take advantage of six lifting platforms on the ground floor, plus three rigs for pull-ups and more.

Head to the first floor for some serious functional training space and a range of cardio gear like AirBikes, Ski-Ergs, and rowers to keep your heart pumping.

N-MAC Gym also offers unique fitness classes - FitBlast, Early Bird, and Strong, catering to everyone, members and non-members alike. And don’t miss The Power of Health store upstairs, where you can stock up on supplements from trusted brands like STROM Sports.

Gym hours are super flexible, open from 5 am to 11:30 pm, seven days a week, with staff available at specific times Monday to Wednesday and Friday.
