With over 15 years of experience in the personal training industry, Nielsen Fitness Collingwood has helped thousands of clients reach their fitness goals and is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and enjoyable workouts. Clients can choose from in-home training, studio training at the Hurontario location, or virtual training via videoconference. There is no equipment required for the workouts, making it convenient for clients to train from the comfort of their own homes.
Nielsen Fitness Collingwood offers two levels of training – Express (40-minute sessions) and Platinum (60-minute sessions with extra perks) with rates starting at $75/session. Clients will receive a full price sheet after their free first workout to avoid any confusion or surprises.
The unique process at Nielsen Fitness Collingwood involves a detailed assessment and mini workout with owner Poul or one of the team members to discuss goals, pricing/packages, and onboarding forms. Once clients begin their workouts, they will work closely with their trainer(s) while Poul collaborates behind the scenes to ensure progress and avoid plateaus.
