NicPerformance is led by Nic, a highly experienced coach with 7 years of coaching experience. She started her coaching journey as a personal trainer and later transitioned into triathlon coaching when she joined her local triathlon club. Nic went on to become a certified club coach and obtained her British Triathlon Level 2 Diploma. She has competed in numerous triathlons, cycling races, and running events, and is currently enjoying Zwift racing.
