Nick Ellems Performance is conveniently located within the O2 Performance facility at the Sports Hub precinct on Lake Kawana. O2 Performance is a state-of-the-art, inclusive 2000sqm facility designed for professional athletes, the general population, and special cases. The gym features a 60m IAAF Sprint Track, 30m Astro Turf space, 8 full lifting platforms with speciality bars, and two separate lifting spaces that include cables and machines. It also offers a private spin and training room designed specifically for teams.

Becoming a member of O2 Performance is not a requirement to train with Nick Ellems Performance. Non-members can participate in private training sessions, with an additional $10 fee, or semi-private group sessions, with an additional $5 fee.

The RECONNECT programme focuses on strengthening, mobilising, and hypertrophying the core. These 10-minute sessions can be performed at the start or end of regular training sessions to enhance core strength and aesthetics.
