When and where do you train in Lincoln?

Adult daytime classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Ruston’s Sports and Bar from 3 to 4pm, with evening sessions from 6 to 7pm at Studio 2, One NK on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How can I join or register for a session?

Contact the club to get started and find the right session for you. If you want to progress, you can work towards your first grading.
