The Starter Programme consists of three weeks of level three membership, including up to six foundation workouts with a personal trainer. During these sessions, participants will also learn about warm-up routines, post-workout recovery, and can ask any questions they may have.
After completing the Starter Programme, members are ready to dive into the daily training programmes, group training sessions, or personal training offered at Next Level Fitness.
