Join Rushmoor Youth Swimming at their annual long-distance swim event on July 23, 2024. Participants are urged to follow specific instructions to ensure a smooth and fair competition. Remember to listen to lane recorders, keep to the sides of the pool section, and use the middle section for overtaking. It's important not to stop early or touch the pool floor to avoid disqualification.
Swimmers must use a recognized stroke for distances over 200 meters. Parents are kindly reminded to refrain from interrupting during the event to avoid any disruptions. This event is open to Shark 1, 2 & 3, Water Safety Bronze, Silver, or Gold Challenge pupils. Be sure to arrive at the poolside before 6:30 pm to secure your spot and take part in this thrilling long-distance swimming challenge. Get ready to dive in and show off your skills!
