Training is available at two locations to reach more people. In Plymouth, sessions are held every Wednesday and Friday. For those in Liskeard, you can train on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

New Wave Martial Arts welcomes everyone. There are classes tailored to different age groups. Tiny Taekwon-do for 4 to 6-year-olds introduces the basics while promoting discipline. Junior Taekwon-do from 7 to 12 years further develops their skills.

Adults from 13 years and above can join Taekwon-do or Kickboxing classes. Taekwon-do focuses on traditional techniques and self-defence, while Kickboxing offers a vigorous workout mixing boxing and martial arts.

Chris and the team understand how vital a supportive environment is. Everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, is encouraged to join and be part of the community. This helps to challenge oneself, improve techniques, and grow physically and mentally.
