Hey everyone! Chris here from Newport Pagnell Shotokan Karate Club 🥋 in Milton Keynes. Just a heads up about what we’re all about.

Founded in 1994 as part of the Central Federation of Traditional Shotokan (CFTS), Chris and the team have been teaching Shotokan Karate to folks of all ages. Whether you're just starting or a seasoned pro, there’s a spot for you here. The club's syllabus lets you level up at your pace, covering everything from stance work and strikes to self-defence techniques.

The instructors, led by Chris, are top-notch and dedicated to making sure everyone learns in a safe, fun environment. They bring loads of experience and help each student shine.

One of the best things about this club is the community vibe. You'll pick up valuable skills while also building discipline, confidence, and respect. Chris welcomes everyone, no matter your fitness level or background—so it’s a really inclusive place.
