For those looking to train or exercise their horse, we have a 20m × 40m floodlit all-weather menage available for use. Whether you're practising dressage movements or jumping over show jumps, our menage provides a safe and well-maintained surface. Show jumps are also available for use, allowing you to challenge yourself and your horse.

We understand the importance of a comfortable and welcoming environment for our livery clients. That's why we provide a livery client lounge where you can relax, socialise, and share your equestrian experiences with fellow horse owners. Additionally, we have secure tack pens available, ensuring the safety and security of your equipment.

Surrounded by miles of tracks and bridleways, Newlands Equestrian offers off-road riding opportunities that are perfect for hacking and exploring the beautiful countryside. Our yard manager, Debbie, has over 30 years of experience in looking after, caring for, and riding horses. Having competed in dressage, cross country, and prepared show horses for prestigious shows throughout the UK, Debbie understands the needs of both competitive and leisure riders. Her expertise and passion ensure that your horse receives top-notch care and attention.

Our American barn-style stables are spacious and well-designed to provide comfort for your horse or pony. With enough room for even the tallest of horses, our stables allow for freedom of movement and a comfortable living environment. Each stable comes with its own tack pen, providing convenient storage for your equipment.
