This spirit is most evident during the BUCS Regatta, where Newcastle consistently performs well and brings home numerous championship, intermediate, and novice medals across a wide range of events.

Our boathouse provides state-of-the-art facilities that support our athletes in their training and development. We work closely with the GB Rowing Team, and our high-performance programme is funded through the National Lottery. NUBC has a proven track record of coaching rowers to represent Great Britain at the under-23 World Championships and go on to represent their country at the World Championships and Olympics. We are fully committed to GB Rowing's World Class Performance Strategy.
