We also have an Easyline circuit for those looking for a convenient and effective workout. After your workout, you can relax and replenish at our protein and smoothie bar, or use our changing and shower facilities. Plus, we offer free parking for our members' convenience.
New Bodies Gym offers a comprehensive class timetable that is fully inclusive in all memberships. Our classes include Pilates, spin, bodytone, step n tone, boxfluid, kettlercise, power core, legs, bums n tums, circuit training, pound fit, yoga, and bootcamp. We also offer the option to attend classes via the Zoom app, offering flexibility for those who prefer to workout from home.
Following the government's latest legislation on COVID-19, we have implemented safety measures to ensure the well-being of our members. Access to classes is only possible by booking a place through our New Bodies Membership app or by calling our dedicated hotline for non-members. For those attending classes via Zoom, instructions can be found on our social media platforms or by emailing us directly. We want everyone to enjoy our classes, do their best, and above all, stay safe.
Non-members are also welcome to use our gym facilities at all times, with no booking required. However, it is important to adhere to the government's guidelines regarding COVID-19.
