Led by instructor Emma, who is skilled, qualified, and DBS certified, this class is perfect for moms looking to stay active and socialize with other mothers in the Peterborough area. Plus, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you begin your pole fitness journey.
Don't worry about childcare - just bring your little one along and have a blast during this pre-nap session. Join us for a block of 4 sessions every Thursday at 9:30 am and kickstart your fitness goals in a fun and inclusive way. See you there!
