Join the Randwick Netball Association (RNA) as they host the NetSetGo 8 to 9 Yrs “Go” Competition. This fantastic event is tailor-made for girls and boys aged 7 to 9, providing them with the perfect platform to enhance their netball skills through modified match play and prepare for the real deal. The best part? It's a non-competitive competition, ensuring a fun and inclusive environment where scores and finals are left at the door.
Participation is simple – all interested players need to register with a club via the PlayHQ online system. Keep in mind that fees may differ depending on the club of choice. Training sessions generally take place during the week, offering players the chance to fine-tune their skills and build camaraderie with their teammates. And when Saturday rolls around, players will take to the courts at Heffron Park for the exhilarating games. Game times for 2024 will be announced closer to the date, once all fixtures are set.
To make sure that everyone is on the same page, RNA has put together a comprehensive handbook for all participating teams and coaches in the 8 Years and 9 Years NetSetGo Winter competitions. This invaluable resource contains all the necessary rules, training session plans, and other crucial details. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated RNA NetSetGo Coordinator, Pipiena Lomu-Stewart. She'll be more than happy to assist you.
