What you will learn;
Players will find this session very valuable in learning more about their body, seeing how making small adjustments to how they move will produce great improvements in their netball game; as well as reduce their risk of injury. Players will learn how to stand, how to walk, how to run, jump and land - all really important foundations. We will also look at their playing posture, speed, agility and landing ability.
Coaches will learn what to look out for in their players movements along with what cues to use in order to get players to perform at their best (and as safely as possible). We will cover what muscles to have your players activate during warm ups before training and matches. How to get more out of your players physically and learn the coaching points for individual performance enhancement and injury prevention.
