Have your movement assessed by Rachel Forbes, a former Commonwealth Games Netballer and Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Rachel will assess your posture, walking, running, jumping, and landing technique as well as check the stability and mobility of all of your joints. She will find if you have any particular areas to focus on to reduce your risk of injury and perform your best out on court. Are you getting the most out of your body? Following this Netball Assessment Rachel will write you a specialised exercise program to work on these areas and get you achieving your goal.
