Competitive Competitive diving at the Nepean Ottawa Diving Club is a high-level program for divers who are looking to compete at the Provincial, National, and International levels. Our experienced coaching staff works closely with each athlete to develop their skills, technique, and mental strength in order to reach their full potential in the sport of diving.
Divers in the Competitive program train multiple times per week on both the 1 meter and 3 meter springboards, as well as the platform. They focus on perfecting their dives, increasing the difficulty of their dives, and preparing for competitions throughout the season. Our competitive divers have the opportunity to compete in various competitions and championships, showcasing their skills and representing the Nepean Ottawa Diving Club with pride. Junior Olympic Developmental Program The Junior Olympic Developmental Program at the Nepean Ottawa Diving Club is designed for divers who show potential for competitive diving at the Provincial, National, and International levels.
