The Nenagh Kickboxing Club is a well-established martial arts school located in Nenagh, offering a unique blend of Karate and Boxing for Men, Women, Boys, and Girls. With over 20 years of experience in the community, the club focuses on promoting fitness, strength, flexibility, confidence, and weight loss through their kickboxing classes.
As a recognised club with the Irish Kickboxing Federation (IKF), Nenagh Kickboxing Club holds Annual Grading Exams twice a year to ensure that students progress and improve their skills. The instructors at the club are highly trained and vetted, providing a safe and supportive environment for all students.
The club offers both light and full contact training in class, with optional sparring and fighting for those interested in competing. If competing is not for you, there is no pressure to participate in tournaments or ring fights. The club also organises light contact club championships once a year, which is a fun event for both students and teachers.
In addition to kickboxing techniques, the club incorporates various training methods such as Circuit Training, Heavy Bag Pad Workouts, Flexibility Training, Weight Loss programmes, Thump Boxing (a type of boxercise training), and Self Defence techniques. This ensures that students receive a well-rounded and comprehensive martial arts experience.
