While the kids enjoy the activities, parents have the freedom to spend their time however they choose. PNOs run from 6pm to 9:30pm, with drop-off starting at 5:45pm.
The cost is 25 per child for members and 30 for non-members. Nemo's Gymnastics also offers family rates for multiple children.
The club is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. They welcome young people of all abilities, starting from the age of 4. You don't need to be a member of Nemo's Gymnastics to attend the PNO event, so feel free to invite your friends and spread the word.
During the evening, participants have access to both the downstairs and upstairs gyms for open gym time. A delicious supper of pizza and chicken nuggets is provided, followed by a film screening. The chosen film for the next PNO is The Super Mario Bros.

If your child has any specific food requirements, please make sure to specify them clearly on the registration form. The public areas of the gym are nut-free to ensure the safety of all participants.
