Amir's gym is open to everyone, with classes specifically tailored for different age groups. They've got sessions for little ones aged 3 to 5, kids from 5 to 12, mixed adult groups, and women-only fitness classes. Nearu focuses on maintaining natural health without relying on fancy equipment, outdoor routines, or strict diets. They use a belting system, starting from White and moving through Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, and ultimately Black, to mark and recognise student progress.
Classes begin with general exercises to warm up, improve balance, and enhance coordination. Students then dive into various techniques, wrapping up with breathing and muscle control practices through meditation.
