If you're a professional dance artist or in professional dance training, National Dance Company Wales (NDCWales) in Cardiff has a fantastic opportunity for you. The Company is opening its doors to interested players who want to join them for their daily class at the Dance House. With only 4 spaces available in each class, it's important to book in advance to secure your spot.
To ensure training progression, NDCWales asks that participants book for a block of classes rather than individual sessions. While it's not mandatory to attend every class, it's highly encouraged as teachers often build on the material throughout the week. The class kicks off at 10 am every day and lasts for a thrilling 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let's take a look at the upcoming class schedule and the talented teachers who will be leading these sessions. On February 5th, Alethia Antonia will be guiding participants through a contemporary dance class (please note that this session is already fully booked). From February 12th to the 15th, Matthew Robinson, the Artistic Director of NDCWales, will be sharing his knowledge and expertise (again, fully booked). On those same dates, there will also be a special Yoga session with Lilia Blood, starting at 9.45 am. On February 19th, Faye Tan, a dancer from NDCWales, will be leading the class (fully booked). On February 22nd, Daisuke Miura will be teaching a ballet session, followed by Camille Giraudeau on March 8th and March 15th.
To book a class and secure your place, all you need to do is visit the website. However, please be aware that class availability is subject to change, so it's always a good idea to check the website for the most up-to-date information.
