About

The NCIE Fitness Centre is excited to announce a local swimming event taking place at our state-of-the-art facility in Sydney. Located at 180 George St, Redfern, our centre offers a range of top-notch amenities including indoor and outdoor training areas, a heated pool, sports stadium, and outdoor sports field.

As a member of NCIE Fitness, you'll not only have access to all of our fantastic facilities, but you'll also be making a direct contribution to the employment, health, and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We're proud to offer a relaxed community atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and a sense of belonging.

Our gym is open seven days a week, from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 9 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 6 pm. The pool follows the same hours of operation, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to swim and stay active. At NCIE Fitness, we understand the importance of variety in your fitness routine. That's why we offer over 50 group fitness classes each week, catering to a range of interests and fitness levels. Whether you prefer yoga and pilates or are interested in trying out aqua fit and cross, we've got a class for everyone. Plus, access to all group fitness classes is included in your membership, so you can dive into all the fun without any additional costs.

If you're looking for a more personalised approach to your fitness journey, our skilled NCIE Personal Training Team is here to help. Whether you prefer individual sessions or enjoy working out with a small group, our trainers will create tailored training plans that align with your goals and experience level.

When it comes to our facilities, we've got you covered. Our top floor is dedicated to a strength and cardio zone, providing all the equipment you need to work up a sweat. We also have a dedicated group fitness zone for classes, as well as a cooldown and stretch zone for post-workout relaxation. If you prefer to enjoy some fresh air while you exercise, we have an outdoor fitness area and an artificial turf outdoor court. And of course, our six-lane 25-meter pool is perfect for swimmers of all levels.
