Robbie is a certified SFG2 kettlebell instructor from Strongfirst, which serves as the foundation for the training approach at Navitas Fitness. Their principles prioritise building form, function, strength, and resilience. Robbie is also a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer, equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide clients towards their fitness goals.
