Gainsborough Sports & Community Centre is excited to announce the upcoming NRASTC course for swimming teachers and coaches in Ipswich, United Kingdom. This vital certification equips participants with the skills needed to handle emergency situations in deeper swimming pools during programmed activities like swimming lessons.
The course will cover various rescue techniques and supervision methods to ensure the safety of individuals in swimming activities. To be eligible for the NRASTC course, individuals must be 16 years or older and meet specific swimming requirements, such as swimming a minimum of 20m on front and back strokes and being able to climb out of the pool unaided.
Scheduled training sessions will take place on August 15th and 16th from 09:00 to 16:00.
