Namaste Dance Collective runs adults dance and aerial fitness classes in Yeppoon and nearby areas. It suits people who want joyful, expressive movement, including chair dance in local halls and aerial options in a forest training space. Classes include dance, yoga, aerial fitness and aerial yoga hammock options, plus pole and aerial apparatus such as silks, lyra, hammock and pole.
