SHOTOKAN KARATE CLASSES In addition to Aikido, Naka Ima Aikikai Aikido also offers Shotokan Karate classes. Shotokan is a traditional Japanese martial art that focuses on striking techniques, self-defence, and kata (forms). Our Shotokan Karate classes are open to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Participants will improve their physical conditioning, coordination, and focus through the practice of Shotokan Karate.

With experienced instructors and a supportive community, students can progress and achieve their martial arts goals.
