For those who prefer to work out independently, the Just Gym membership provides full and unlimited access to the PT-designed gym. Clients will also receive a complimentary PT-designed training programme to follow, ensuring they make the most of their workouts. Additionally, a monthly nutrition pack is included, along with PT-led workshops and check-ins.

For those who thrive in a group setting, MyPT The Gym offers group personal training sessions. These sessions are led by a personal trainer and are conducted in groups of six or twenty. Clients also have the option to access the PT-designed gym outside these sessions if they want to train on their own. The group personal training membership includes a custom-designed meal plan, monthly nutrition pack, and check-ins with a personal coach.

For a more personalised approach, MyPT The Gym provides one-on-one personal training. Clients will work with their very own personal trainer either in the private personal training studio or in the boutique gym. A custom-designed training programme is created specifically for each client, and a custom-designed meal plan and monthly nutrition pack are also provided. With this membership, clients receive full support and accountability from their personal trainer.

In addition to the various training options, MyPT The Gym offers MyPT Coaching, a proven coaching system designed to give clients the confidence and support they need to achieve their desired results.
