Our dedicated staff is trained in the System of Pilates, originally named Contrology by Joseph Pilates, and we strive to provide the most optimal workouts for each individual client.
Our gym is not limited to just Mat or Reformer exercises; we offer a blend of many apparatus that provide your body with the feedback it needs to find “The Work”. Our studio is equipped with a range of equipment and apparatus to bring you a variety of movement opportunities. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner, we have the perfect space to cater to your needs.
We encourage prospective clients to come into our studio and see what we are all about. We want you to make an informed decision about your Movement Therapy choice. Our aim is to bring as much of the true Pilates method to our clients as possible through continuous learning and growth in our own Pilates journey. To truly understand Pilates, you must experience it in your body.
We offer group classes in both Mat and Reformer, but we do encourage clients to use these as guided homework to maintain their connexions and continue their true Pilates practise in the setting of My Pilates Gym. Our group classes are a great way to exercise and stay connected with the Pilates community.
In addition to group classes, we also offer private sessions with our amazing instructors. These one-on-one sessions allow for personalised attention and guidance, ensuring that you get the most out of your Pilates practise. We also offer additional options such as Anti Gravity, which is designed to find release in muscle and joint tension, and Fit Barre, a hybrid workout class combining Pilates and dance.
