WEIGHT LOSS COURSE Our weight loss course is designed to help you shed those extra pounds and maintain a healthy weight. We provide a personal nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. In addition to the nutrition plan, the course includes four fitness classes per week, scheduled at times suitable for full-time workers and parents.
