Throughout the years, she expanded her expertise by transitioning into freestyle group exercise, instructing classes such as Aqua aerobics, Bootcamp, HIIT, Functional Training, and Boxing. However, her desire to deepen her understanding of biomechanics and rehabilitation led her to obtain accreditation in comprehensive STOTT Pilates method and other health and fitness-related certifications.
With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy, Heitiare's knowledge of the body's healing capabilities and her extensive experience in strength and conditioning coaching became even more enriched. Her approach is influenced by collaborative experiences with osteopaths, physiotherapists, and allied health professionals, ensuring a well-rounded and holistic approach to health and fitness.
