Welcome to My Movement Space, a Pilates studio nestled in the heart of Inverness. Owned and run by Adele, a comprehensively qualified BASI Pilates instructor, the studio offers private sessions and group mat classes for Pilates enthusiasts of all levels.
Adele's aim at My Movement Space is to change lives through Pilates. By developing individual body awareness and purposeful exercises, the studio helps optimise athletic performance and daily life. Whether you're setting new fitness goals, recovering from an injury, improving your posture, or simply focusing on self-care, Adele provides a supportive environment for everyone.
Adele's extensive certifications cover Pilates for men, the elderly, children, athletes, pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor foundations, and more. Currently, she is expanding her knowledge on closed chain biomechanics of the human body in motion.
Join Adele for a journey of movement and transformation. Her sessions focus on stability, strength, functional movement, and mental well-being, offering options for both private equipment sessions and group mat classes.
Private equipment sessions with Adele use the Reformer, Wunda Chair, or Cadillac, suitable for all levels and priced at £40. Group mat classes, held at The Studio Inverness above Forge Gym, are a fun full-body workout with props and cost £10 per person. No block bookings are needed, but a 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
