No need to bring your own gear—gloves and pads are provided. Tony’s coaches are fully insured and DBS checked, ensuring you’re in safe hands. They focus on self-defence and competition, so you’ll pick up essential fighting skills along the way.

Inspired by traditional Muay Thai training from Thailand and techniques from top MMA and K1 kickboxing gyms, each session includes a warm-up, stretching, shadow-boxing, pad work, technique drills with partners, advanced sparring/clinching, circuit training, and a warm-down.
