At the Ballyclare club, located in the Sixmile Leisure Centre on Ballynure Road, the training sessions are held on Mondays. Children's beginner classes are offered from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for ages 5-15, followed by children's advanced classes from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Adult classes for beginners and advanced students run from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.

The Lisnasharragh club, situated in the Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre on Montgomery Road in Castlereagh, Belfast, hosts adult classes for beginners and advanced students every Thursday from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

Lastly, the Craigavon club is located in the South Lake Leisure Centre on Lake Road. Children's beginners classes take place every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, followed by children's advanced classes from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Adult classes for beginners and advanced students occur from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.
