Muscle Panda MMA is Prince Ruperts leading modern martial arts facility, offering professional quality instruction in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Kickboxing, and more. The club also features a full-service fitness and strength training facility open for general memberships. The club is conveniently located at 110 First Ave West, Prince Rupert, BC, in the lower rear level of the Museum of Northern BC. Meet the head instructor, Dane Waldal, who has over 10 years of experience in martial arts and has competed in Golden Gloves boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts competitions. Although Dane qualified for the IMMAF World Championships in 2017, he decided to focus on coaching and sharing his knowledge with the community instead of pursuing competitive accolades. Dane has been a coach for various sports for over 20 years, a strength, and conditioning coach for almost 10 years, and holds a Bachelors of Education from the University of Regina.

He is excited to develop a program full of talented individuals in Prince Rupert.
