The Murchison Bowls Club, located in Greater Shepparton City, is a thriving sports club that offers its members the opportunity to participate in the beloved Australian pastime of lawn bowls. Three years later, on September 30, 1961, the Highton Bowls Club had its official opening, with the first clubhouse opening the following year. Last year, the club achieved great success, with all seven Pennant teams qualifying for the finals and the Division 1 Pennant team taking home the topship.

The commercial-grade kitchen is available for members to use or can be utilised by the club's in-house caterer for club event meals. Additionally, there is a four-rink carpeted green beneath the clubhouse that is used for coaching and practise throughout the year, even offering heated matches during the winter months.
