Get fit, have fun, and make friends with Mums Squad hour-long outdoor workouts. The program, offered by the Fitness club in Sydney, is specifically designed for post-natal fitness. It starts at a walking pace and gradually progresses to jogging, boxing, weights, and exercise circuits with resistance bands or medicine balls.

You can join our workouts whenever you feel ready, after your 6-week check-up. By participating in our program, you'll not only improve your core strength, tone up, and lose baby weight, but you'll also increase your cardio capacity and boost your metabolism.
To get the most out of our sessions, we recommend training at least twice a week. Don't worry if you have to miss a session; we allow you to make it up another time. As you become fitter, our trainers will gradually increase the challenge to help you achieve your desired fitness level.
All our workouts take place at the beautiful Balmoral Oval, with sessions starting at 8:30 am and 9:30 am, as specified in our timetable. We understand that unpredictable Sydney weather can sometimes be a challenge, but we usually still train even in the rain, unless there are high winds or heavy storms. We have covered areas, such as the Club House awning or the scout hall, where we can continue the workouts while staying dry. Childcare is also set up undercover to keep the babies and children dry as well.
To participate, all you need to bring is water, a mat, or towel, sun protection, and resistance bands if you have them. Booking your place is simple and can be done online for your convenience. Although we don't offer a free trial, starting out with Mums Squad is risk-free. If you don't enjoy the session, there is nothing to pay. However, if you have a great time and decide to continue, we will charge you from your first session. Our training fees for Mums Squad are the same as our regular training fees. Additionally, if you require childcare during the workouts, there will be a charge of $15 per child per session.
