Mummy Movers offers baby carrier dance classes for mums in Manningtree. Join a welcoming group to dance with your baby in a carrier, building bonding through movement, boosting confidence and helping with stress relief through music and guided choreography. Created by professionally trained babywearing dancer instructor Keisha, the classes are designed to help new mums feel comfortable, connected and active while moving together as a supportive community across Suffolk and Essex, including Manningtree Live Fit Gym.
