Over the course of 6 weeks, we will take you on a journey through your 'final Trimester', providing guidance and support every step of the way. Starting on Wednesday, 17th January, this course is a fantastic opportunity for new mothers to get back into shape in a safe and effective manner.
Before joining the course, we strongly recommend checking with your doctor to ensure that you are ready for physical activity. It's important to have your 6-week sign-off before being accepted onto the course.
During the Pilates sessions, your baby will have a special spot by your side in the comfort of their baby carrier, enjoying the lights and soothing music while you focus on your fitness. Additionally, our warm down and Postnatal guidance sessions are completed together, allowing you to learn and grow as a unit.
