With a long list of achievements under her belt, including being the Muay Thai Grand Prix 48 kg British Champion, Olympic rules amateur Muay Thai Open Champion, and Loi Kroh 52 kg stadium Champion, Shannon is a true expert in her field. She has over 20 fights under her belt, both in Thailand and the UK. Shannon's dedication to the sport is evident in her Instagram account, where she keeps her followers updated on her latest and upcoming fights.

The name “Suaynakmuay” translates to “beautiful student of Muay Thai” in Thai. Shannon adopted this name as her nickname after hearing the fight announcers repeatedly say “nakmuay suay” during a fight in Phetchabun, Thailand. She believes that the art of Muay Thai is incredibly beautiful and draws inspiration from the famous Muay Thai fighter Nong Toom, also known as the Beautiful Boxer.

As the head coach of Muay Suay Fitness, Shannon is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experiences with her students. Shannon offers both group classes and private sessions, catering to students of all ages, genders, and skill levels. Her youngest student is 8 years old, while her oldest is 65.
